I'm Phil Saunders
For 10 years, I worked as a Rope Access Technician across the UK, eventually transitioning to working on windmills. And to be honest, I really loved this job. It was a great high-paying career that let me see the world. But this all changed when I became a father.
When I had my lovely twins, I knew I had to look for something else. As amazing as traveling the world to abseil off windmills was, I wanted to be around for my kids. I wanted to see them grow up. So I enrolled in high-end property courses, started doing SA as a side-gig, and after a lot of trials and tribulations, eventually built my way up to where I am now.
And I'm Jamie Greaves
I've worked in sales and marketing my whole life. But 11 years down the line, I started to feel burnt out. I wanted more freedom for myself and my family, and I knew that I could only find it through passive income.
Many years back, I had a lightbulb moment; I could do this through assets. Specifically, I could do this through property investment. But my first 18 months as an investor were terrible. I had almost no deals, and even lost a significant sum of money. But despite that I persevered, and after shedding a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, I eventually managed to find success.
And this is our story
To tell you the truth, we're only successful because we worked together. While we each found a little success in our own ways at the start, it was when we met in 2020 that things really started to kick off.
It took us over 12 months to buy our first SA. We first viewed the property in November, and only managed to secured it on Christmas Eve. And then this took until May of the following year to complete! But eventually, after a lot of growing pains, we managed to buy 16 SA properties in just 18 months with little to none of our own money. We knew our partnership was something special.
So Why Do We Do This?
Property investment is not an easy road. We both had a lot of struggles throughout our first ventures. Individually, we encountered many roadblocks and pitfalls that kept us from succeeding. Even after the partnership, we still made many mistakes that served as important lessons.
Our mission is to impart what we have learned to our mentees. We will not let you make the same mistakes we did. While we both started out wanting freedom for ourselves, we now want to share this freedom with other people. We want to make a difference to people who are in the same position we used to be.
